Excellent customer service! I bought a lovely mug as a Christmas gift, and following the handle breaking off spontaneously as it was lifted recently, Finch and Lane replaced and posted another one straight out to me. Much appreciated! That’s uncommonly good in this day & age.
I cannot fault the customer service I received from this beautiful store. Upon opening my Mother’s Day gift I noticed that one of my EB mugs had a glazing issue. I contacted the store who were straight on the phone offering a refund or replacement even though it was through no fault of their own that the mug was imperfect. Within a few days a replacement had been sent. There is a reason I keep going back for more, great range of products and exceptional customer service!
A miscommunication about gift wrapping led me to this charming store. Even though I’d mistakenly thought that gift wrapping was a seperate service, the staff were very helpful. I was doing a last minute delivery to a co-worker for their birthday. Though the store doesn’t sell keyboards and mice they do an excellent job wrapping them. A great store to stumble upon that I’m just about to share with my family.
