Incredible service! My husband ordered online last month for Mothers Day. Unfortunately when it arrived there was a small chip inside the mug. It had been packaged very well so he was very disappointed and confused how the chip was caused. He contacted the team the same day and without hesitation they shipped out another mug at no additional cost. So happy to have received this gift today on Mother’s Day and how great the service was.
