They have cute stuff but you better hope you’re an average size. I’m normally an XS and the only sizes me and my friends found on the floor in dresses were S, M, and L. And when my “average” size friend tried stuff on everything was not fitting right. Like the S looked like a L. Also the 2 employees were horrible. They were way too busy talking to each other rather than helping customers. They felt like mean girls and could care less about us customers in there. Every year I go to finch to get all my gifts for Christmas and NEVER fails to deliver! The staff is the best, and the store is a staple on the corner. Best retail store in Charlottesville, and not sure there is a close second.
So excited to get back to Finch. We love UVA and come whenever possible from out of state. Got up early to make time to come to the store this Friday 10/11/24 and was completely ignored the entire time. The 2 girls behind the counter never budged. The store was packed at one point. Customers were helping each other as the 2 “employees” were too busy gossiping. I usually drop $500 + but couldn't get out fast enough. Bummer!
