We went for a loan. We got accepted but the wait time was incredible. We waited nearly 3 months for a decision. We were told we wouldn't need a valuation then right at the end tell me i need one which adds another month wait time. You guys should not make people wait this long when it's such a big thing for them. People wait by the phone for these decisions while you pick and choose who you help on time. Every person should be important not just high borrowers
