Been going there for awhile now and love it. Fast and easy transactions, the folks there are ALL professional and friendly! So glad I switched
I can't do business with people I can't trust.. get told one thing only to get told the opposite hours later...now I understand that people make mistakes but if it's "standard procedure". This isn't something that should be missed. Makes me distrust the bank and I'll be removing my accounts ASAP.
I wouldn't do business with this credit union again even if it were the last available place. RIP-OFFS! I had a 5 year loan which was being auto-payed by my other banking institutions. All of a sudden near the end of the loan, they were contacting me saying they didn't get a payment. I went back and forth between my payee bank and them numerous times to try and resolve this.
