Gwen has done an excellent job with our taxes for years. Nothing simple to our returns either; rentals, offices, estimated payments, etc. Communication is always prompt and she knows her stuff.
Getting my taxes done by Darlene was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with a business owner. Not only were my taxes filed incorrectly, communication with her was impossible. Once I received notice in the mail that my return was filed in correctly Darlene dropped off the face of the earth. She never responded to a single email or a single phone call.
