I no longer have access to my previous account that got hacked that left a low rating previously. Although that wasn’t me,I haven’t used this company (yet)- I wanted to make a correction to the rating ,whoever took over my old account, left. The owner reached out to me concerned why I had a negative experience and wanted to help. .. which made me aware of the problem. The interaction I had was great, I can tell they really care about their customers, and I will be glad to use this company in the future!
