UPDATE: A manager from the credit union, Bibi, followed up with me by both email and telephone. We spoke for several minutes on the phone explaining to me what happened and how they were going prevent the situation from happening again in the future. After which, I felt much better about credit union going forward. After mobile depositing several checks from an insurance claim made out to me and my lienholder, the last two were rejected because the lienholder didn't stamp them, but instead were endorsed with a wet signature by an employee at the lienholder. Their failure to follow their procedures previously and the decision to follow them now would've put me in a bind had I not had the wherewithal to move money from my savings to my checking account. Always a pleasant visit to FRFCU. I mostly do my banking transactions in the Flemington branch, but have done business at a few of their other locations. Everyone is always so friendly, attentive, and so helpful. I especially would like to acknowledge Carol and Nancy for all of the help and service they have been providing me. They are so professional.
Came in to set up a new account for daughter and friend. Both employees were super helpful!
