I had problems with the Financial Plus phone app. I called the Ottawa location and I couldn't believe the kind of service i got. There staff was so friendly and Knowledgeable of my problem i was having. Toni was great help to me and very understanding! This is why I bank here!

I have been with many banks but Financial Plus leaves the others in the dust as far as service, friendliness, home feeling, supportive, best rates, and just being there when you need them. I will never cnange banks again. Mike (Ottawa)
