I am so disappointed in how bad their customer service has gotten, I called jin 15 to order a new card, had to call two more times for it to finally get done. I've also been Calling since Tuesday and was told a different department would handle my issue and they call me back two days no call, I called back as was to Jennifer the manager from Brea, would return my call, that they would absolutely habe her call me, nope did not happen I call again next day and girl on the phone was basically told me she was busy and that she o... read more

I absolutely love Financial Partners Credit Union, my self and my family have been members for many years and I couldn’t be happier. In some ways it’s like old school banking, I always have a real person to speak with whenever I have to call them (which is not a lot). I have always felt like I am getting personal service for whatever I need. If you go into a branch office, you get/ have amazing personal service. All of my family uses FPCU for all of their financial services, I hope you do as well because it’s worth it!!
