My recent experience with Financial Partners Credit Union was extremely disappointing. This used to feel like a place where customer service actually mattered. Lately, however, the experience feels very different. The level of service has gone from excellent to mediocre, and even that feels generous. One of the biggest changes is the move toward video ATM-style banking.
