Poor customer service. Definitely one of the worst credit unions I've had to deal with.
Everyone of the staff was super friendly! It was an amazing energy in that place!
Very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to reach. Been with Financial Horizons for over 40 years.. My husband joined in Hawthorne NV when it was Hawthorne Credit Union
So very pleased with Financial Horizoms CU! I was notified that my card was being used in a fraudulent manner. FHCU called and I reported the card stolen. A week later the card was being used for illegal activities. The customer service is top shelf from all the beautiful tellers and they really create a welcoming atmosphere. I go in just to say hello. Thank you again for saving me the hassle and being so damn polite! Cheers... Nick
Very rude people but nevermind that, my favorite part is them holding up title on a car over 1 penny! Yes one penny. Guess they show more profitability by holding my 86k asset with only 1 penny of debt. Pretty pathetic!
