Eric and the team at Peak Financial are very responsive to questions. Eric is well versed in the may aspects of retirement planning and financially sound decision making. Eric is very willing to educate, simplify, and re-expalin, if needed, to answer any questions or concerns.
Everyone I met at Peak Finacial was pleasant and very professional. Every aspect of my comprehensive retirement income plan was presented in easy to understand terms with graphs and computer screens. Reached out to Randy K about reviewing my situation and he was great in getting back to me but then after sending all info to him I had to reach back out every time. He said he needed to meet with Dan but never did get back to me. I reached out again and no answer. I was eager to see if doing business with this group was a possibility and with the lack of communication it surely is an indication of what it was going to be. Communication is huge even if it is not a good fit for business at this time. This definitely dampens w... read more
