Absolute crooks! Destroying people’s livelihood and families that are trying to build back and restore their credit score from hard times. I’ve tried to communicate and settle debts with these people but, they refuse to work with me to settle this with arrangements so they can get off my credit report to build my score back up. I’m ashamed of humanity when I think about people and organizations they prey on the ones that are down and in some of the lowest times of life. Bullies!!
They will put fraudulent charges on your credit report! Even after I’ve filed a report with law enforcement showing I am a victim of identity theft! I’ve made complaints to the CFPB and they will not even respond! This is clearly a violation of the FCRA and the next steps from me will be to hire an attorney and I will be filing a civil suit for this matter! So i checked my score and this company is still on my record as being open yet i have a zero balance with a statement saying it was a charge off from 2015. I cant understand why this company can do this. I have never received any type of letter stating i owe them. So why the heck is this still on my credit report from 2015 as open and with no balance? This is the easiest collection agency to work with I've ever encountered. Everyone is pleasant, accommodating and professional. It sounds like I've had a lot of collection accounts & I have. All medical unfortunately when I didn't have insurance. Victoria is tops for working with to get things settled. I was set up on a payment plan I could afford and on auto draft which was easy for me. I have never heard of this company, and they’re saying I owe them exactly $1,000 for something in 2016, which has apparently been on my credit report since then but invisible?? Now they call me 2 years later and ping my credit again, but when i call back, no answer. I have reported them and disputed with TransUnion.
