Tried to work with this company on son's medical debt. Both times, the representative was exceedingly rude. They need training in customer service especially since I was trying to pay the bill. They are not getting paid until they are willing to work in a professional manner, including negotiations. If I had to hire a collection agency, I would look elsewhere.
