I have always had fast courteous service. I was a little hesitant to go with a financial company at first because I didn't have a large amount of money but FCA has always treated me like a millionaire. :)
AVOID this institution if you want to actually have access to your money or actually make any money. They dont return calls, the APY on 100k is less than 3k, and the customer service is terrible.
