DO NOT WORK HERE. THERE IS NOTHING PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THIS PLACE AT ALL. YOUR TRAINING IS MINIMAL. IT'S LOUD, OLD, DIRTY AND CHAOTIC. THE HEALTH INSURANCE IS EXPENSIVE. YOU ONLY ACCRUE 40 HOURS OF VACATION FOR THE YEAR. NO SICK TIME. THEY CRACK JOKES ABOUT NOT TAKING BREAKS BUT THEY REALLY DON'T WANT YOU TO TAKE THEM. This entire company is a joke.Mike Dowbratz is anything but professional. He comes from a sports background and treats his staff as such. The company as a whole lacks structure and professionalism. I don't know how they stay open. Worst job ever!
