I could not imagine going through my first time home buying experience without Patrick! This was a 2 year process for me and he never got impatient with me. Recently I utilized FAM inc for my first home purchase. Patrick was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Wheather it be answering questions I had late at night/early morning or explanations on how things work, Patrick always made me feel that the transaction would be sound and that I was getting a good deal. Overall I would say I will use this company in the future for all my personal needs!
