They didn't give me all my stuff that was in my car my steering wheel cover my other car chargers that I had There are some other things too, which they didn't give me they should've put everything in the bag before they sold the car. Or ask me what was mine

They were very helpful. While it was not a great situation for us. They were very professional and actually able to make pick up of our vehicle very simple. Quick and explained the fees. Knowing how most people go into those situations very upset not understanding that they are only doing their job. People don’t understand they just don’t randomly go pick up cars. Just finished speaking to a woman who says she is the owner of the company. I assisted her with the directions of how to get to my vehicle looking at maps via my phone and she asked if the keys would be left inside of my vehicle. I proceeded to tell her that they would not be in the vehicle because I live in a not so good area so it’s just not a good idea. She then asked for a pickup day and time. Went to pick up my car and noticed my things out of place.. noticed my money was missing, my iPhone charger and 3 C chargers smh didn’t realize my chargers was missing till I left but I mentioned my money being gone in was told they check cars to make sure there isn’t weapons or drugs from the lady in the office. Then dude outside seen me checking my car in asked was everything ok I said no my money gone he’s like well we don’t check cars… I knew someone there had to take my items cause he literally lied!!!
