I had the pleasure of working with Nadeem for helping me get a mortgage as a first time buyer. I had several questions and concerns and he promptly addressed them and ensured that I was comfortable and educated along the way. I would highly recommend Financehub for anyone that doesn't want to experience the chaos of today's market, and mortgage brokers who say they want to help you, and don't.
Beware, this company charges a very large upfront fee even though our credit was good and all our docs up to date and ligit, on top of that they are paid a brokers fee by the bank. Nadeem was very rude and unprofessional. The entire experience was a nightmare. The previous high ratings they received are questionable.
