STAY AWAY if you want to get to settlement!!! Lender would never provide me letter to remove finance contingency. Deadline of settlement came and went, and the lender, Mr. Park still was asking buyer for documents. The day of settlement was to occur, I got a call looking for Homeowners Association information. Insurance information that should have been requested weeks ago! The seller is going to find the buyer in default....all because of the lender! Very upset buyer...and very angry seller!
