Service and communication is exceptional 👌
Amazing customer service! We were rejected by my own bank to refinance as my partner had been off work for a few years due to health reasons. He had only returned to work and been working for the last 3 months so refinancing was difficult as they needed 6months minimum (big loss for my bank) Jessica and Santo went above and beyond to give us the cash flow we needed for renovations and help refinance a couple of loans.
