Lisa took care of our original mortgage and we told her that if it ever was worth it to refinance to give us a call. She got a hold of me in April and said she could bring our mortgage down to 2.75%. We said let's do it! Now realize, we live in a different state from Lisa and we always feel connected to her. We always feel like she's on our side taking care of us. If you need a loan officer that knows all the ins and outs of the mortgage industry, you have to talk to Lisa in Fernley. I was originally going thru Greater Nevada Credit Union and came to a halt on my home purchase when my loan officer there said I needed more out of pocket money.
