Due to the negligence of the lender our closing didn't happen. She is very nonchalant and unprofessional. She doesn't return phone calls, texts or emails in a timely manner (if at all). I DO NOT recommend this joke of a company to anyone!!
Great people, easy process, great interest rate, and personal touch.
We was told two different closing dates by them and NEITHER of the closing dates happened ! We are still waiting to close on our home ! The underwriter takes forever to do her job , the lender never answers her phone or called you back ! This company is just a joke ! At first they were easy to work with but at the end NOBODY wanted to answer phones email us back or have any contact with us ! I will definitely not recommend this mortgage company !
Wonderful experience! Easy in that to refinance, we gathered exactly what they asked, and they did the rest exactly as they said in the time frame they predicted! Walked in, signed documents took 30 minutes! No hassles! Not very often things go as planned; this did!
