Very good service, Micheal helped us with everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Hardly any waiting time. Paying taxes always sucks but it's worse if you don't know what you are doing, so 5 stars for the customer service!
Awful experience all around. They often double fines during the school year to extort more cash from already struggling college students.
