They no longer have the kiosk and no one at the door to direct you when you walk in. Now they have a white board on an easel stand that is sometimes not even legible next to a automatic number dispenser that gets people confused when they walk in. They have limited seating and often not enough for the number of people there. They have windows at the far left for just renewals where they help you and you basically use a device similar to the kiosk but at the window counter and those worker's are also responsible for calling o... read more
Since I was last there they have changed their system somewhat. If you're just renewing tags they have two kiosks to handle your transaction electronically. The front desk also does tags if you're paying via check or cash. This new system frees up all the window workers to handle new registrations and drivers licences.
Don't wait until the end of the month and your visit will go quicker....lol
