This store has many options and good quality products. However, my husband and I were looking at guns and had a few questions. Never once did 1 out of the 4 men standing behind the counter looking at the computer screen ever ask if we needed anything. One of the men started helping a customer but once the customer left the man looked at me while I was speaking to my husband about getting some help and went back to the computer.
This place is amazing. I bought two hats on-line. One of the them the brim was attached off-center. Not by much, but enough that I looked dopey when I put it on. Spoke to Kaitlin and she had another hat sent to me that same day. This is how customer service is supposed work. Thank you!!
