This Attorney did me a complete disservice and still took my $400 for a consultation that provided nothing but textbook procedural processes. This all happened after he found out who the opposing council would be. He then became completely disengaged and started regurgitating procedural processes. Complete and utter waste of time. Brian is one of the very best attorneys in the Carson Valley. Especially good for family law and criminal law.
Brian did a fantastic job for me. He was easy to talk to, straight forward and honest. My case had some unexpected challenges and he took care of these seamlessly. Even getting wrongful charges dismissed for me. I would highly recommend him. Very fair with his retainer fees as well.
