The management of this care home has deteriorated significantly, and there are several areas in need of improvement. Employees often feel mistreated, with management creating a stressful working environment. The area manager adopts an authoritarian leadership style, exerting control over staff without fostering a collaborative atmosphere. I'd like to update my review getting to know more of the home and the way it works staff on there phones are reporting what happens to clients at 15 min intervals so that's pessary for there work .one or two things ivspike about .and I find the home very clean and very tidy and well run .I think my wife's inthe right place for her and cannot fault it .staff good manager excellent can't fault .thank you one and all.

A lady I visit was at the lodge for over a month recently, went home with pressure sores. Despite numerous emails no response! Not one to be recommended.
