Absolutely disgusting how these dealers and managers treat players. Multiple times I caught dealers not paying out winning bets to players. The excuse from the dealers, 2 separate ones, was I can't make a mistake. How many times are they taking advantage of players. Especially those who are unaware of game rules and payout. when calling in, the women and player services do not have a smile on their face and are not friendly nor helpful. I had a marketing question about why my household partner has received 30 days of FreePlay and gifts and other events. Yet, I have received nothing at all. her response was that it's the marketing department who handles that. Even though she has to bring it to them.
