Fillmore Container is my go-to supplier for candle jars and fragrance oil! Theyre prompt, diligent, and quick to resolve any issues. I once had a package marked as delivered by the carrier which was nowhere to be found on my property. I reached out to Fillmore and they issued me a replacement and shipped it same day, no questions asked. Amazing!Theyve made a customer out of me for life.
Ordered a bunch of stuff but my mason flat 12 oz jars came cracked. Looked like they were packaged okay but the pieces are cardboard in between the jars are thin. I figures UPS is to blame or maybe the warehouse I am not sure but 5 jars came to me cracked. I wish they would include a free shipment label inside the bow for damages goods. I really do not want to have to pay for the shipping again. Ugh!

I felt well informed about the process. I appreciated being able to choose my pick-up time and date as I was dricing 4 hours to get there and chose the time that best suited my commute. Picking up was super easy and staff member that was running self pick-up was very friendly and helpful

Their phone tree also wasn't prompting me to leave a message so I wrote to them on Facebook Messenger. I received quick and courteous customer service. I had multiple call backs from associates to help me sort out my order. Everything got sorted and everyone was super accommodating!
