Second experience dealing with them, sadly. Terrible experiences. Really poor communication, time management & endless confusion with service. & in general; working with people around sensitive topics the least they could do is have respect & help make the process smoother. NOT harder. So sad.

Needing to update my will, I was referred to Files Stibbe by a neighbour. I received good advice and good service. Next, acting as executor for the estate of a family member, I received advice that the will would be contested. An unexpected and unpleasant procedure. Again, Files Stibbe acted on behalf of the estate, corresponded with the lawyers for the disputing parties, and prepared the documentation necessary for ultimate legal action. Absolutely useless losers. Milked some 20K from me in my divorce process, and lost. I lost. For the money I've paid them. It took them months to exchange papers. They won't care for you. They need your money. Waste it and enjoy. I suggest you poison their fish tank with tobacco. Yet another ridiculous Aussie business. I can prove.
