This place needs to go. So confusing! Says that ATM has moved to the west side of the building, wrong! When I finally found it, it wouldn't give me the option to take money out. I finally gave up and drove south of Manistee to West Michigan Credit Union. Well worth the drive! Don't use this credit union, they have signs directing you all over, they are a mess!
Thus place is HORRIBLE!! don't trust your money here. My mom passed away and I was put over her estate and they refused to allow me to close my moms account when my attorney had asked me to and gave me paper work to do so as well.
Great customer care
Staff is unfriendly every time I go. Argue when asked to do their job in looking things up. Head to the filer branch on 28th st the staff is WAY friendlier.
