Bought a Flexsteel recliner, a sofa and a chair and ottoman. Immediately noticed lumps on the arm of the recliner. Called the store, and was told that I would hear from Mr. Cash for repair but it might take some time for him to call. He called a week later came out and said he needed to order some new padding for the arm. That was almost a year ago.
