The customer service with this company is AWFUL. I purchased a FILA suitcase in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. When I got home, one of the 2 TSA locks were jammed and would not open. I had to force it open with a screw driver. I contacted Customer Service immediately: "Case number #00222270 has been escalated! Please allow 24-48 hours for our escalations team to look into this". Ordered over a month ago. No change in order status and cannot get ahold of anyone! Have sent multiple emails. Do not order from this company!
Where is my order? It’s been almost a month with no update.
Placed order Dec 6th with standard shipping, which is advertised as 5 - 7 business days. Dec 11th they reached out and said there was a delay. I emailed in Dec 20th inquiring about the status as these were Christmas gifts, no response. I am currently on hold and have been for over an hour.. talk about ridiculous. I will never purchase again, these were my favorite.
