Called in the morning to get some information about a property. First phone call I was hung up on. Second phone call I talked to Carrie or her name was Karen, whoever is in charge of leasing, and I was told I will be emailed with all the info I need. Many hours later and I have yet to receive anything. So for a third time I had to call just to find out Carrie hasn’t done anything to find the info I need nor has even attempted to email me.
