Okay experience, we did have some communication issues regarding no one being able to tell us when the pest control person was coming out. We had to arrange our schedules last minute..the ladies on the phone were nice and answered my questions with patience. However, the person who came out complained to our landlord that there was a lot of clutter, which we did our best to move things around while living in a 680ft apartment. Our store is newly opened. We were looking for a pest control company because we had a serious problem with cockroaches and ants, and that’s how we found this company. The first technician who came was Robert. He was extremely thorough and carefully treated every corner of the entire restaurant. We were very satisfied with his work.
