Took my mom to by a vape for the first time. She explained to the lady she's never use it before lady( who turned out to be the manager) sold us a cartridge and that's it. Went back to question it and a different employee told us we needed a battery. Got a battery didn't get told anything about it. Had to go back a third time to be told by yet again a different employee that the battery had a charger that we should have been told about. Literally one if the absolute best places in London,I consider the staff as friends and absolutely love talking with them. I am updating my review as I have learned some new information. 1. The staff are at their place of work 2. A weed shop is not a place to pick up girls 3. Asking and employee for personal information then throwing a fit in the reviews is bullying and harassment Best place In London, aside from what some have posted the staff are amazing and products are priced very very fairly priced. Changed my review: They now lets us bring our scooters in and the customer service has gotten way better. The displays still suck and you are better off reading the website so you can see what your getting.
