Have been a repeat customer here for some time, (mainly due to customer service from Ashley) it is very unlikely I'll return to this store. I am a senior, and recent amputee and today was told I couldn't enter the store without ID. So I showed it, he didn't even read it so why bother asking? He then refused entry to my wife who had left her purse in the car. I said this is ridiculous and asked for Ashley the manager. He said she's in the back but in a meeting.
