My favourite dispensary in London. The vibes are amazing, the weed is great, and the bud tenders are cute. Between all the “lifestyle” type dispensaries in the city, this one’s my favourite. FIKA does a great job of really being a lifestyle; having super knowledgeable but inclusive and welcoming staff, inclusivity throughout the store (lighting, seating, calm and approachable staff), cool accessories, a big variety, and really cute merch lol. Stopped in for the first time this evening, was greeted politely by staff. They quickly found the product I wanted and cashed me out. Customer service was excellent, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you
Sadly, I’ll never return to what was my favourite store in London. Close to my home and convenient, ruined by a lousy “manager” who cared more about her ego than customer service. I’ve been purchasing products here for nearly 2 years and when I returned within 15 minutes with a faulty purchase, I was met with absolutely no resolution. “Once you leave the store there is no refund or return.” Even for a product that is sold empty? The guy with the patch tattoos and glasses that helped me was really nice, definitely knew a lot so that was really helpful. Definitely going back to this location
