Soy fan de figurella, es mi espacio seguro. Siento que hago ejercicio enfocada en mi progreso. Me encanta el ambiente, que es muy privado, somos pocas mujeres a la vez haciendo ejercicio, lo cual hace que sea más calmado y que las instructoras puedan darte una atención muy individualizada,. El remate con el baño de oxígeno es la cereza en el pastel; te refrescas y relajas para seguir con tu día recargada de buena vibra Lina, Beatriz y Claudia se encargan de hacernos sentir cómodas y motivadas en el proceso.
All 3 ladies in the office Claudia, Beatrice & Lina are very motivating. I am glad i found Figurella. They actually care if you loose weight. I actually look forward to my next work out. Very welcoming and caring here.
This place is great for achieving fitness goals and losing weight. As I age, I can’t cardio my way thru workouts due to my joints. This is a NO impact workout with awesome results. Love you Renee!
