This Pilates exercise for women is the most effective exercise in my life. I always exercise with regular Pilates with reformer and I did yoga more than 350 classes. I’ve been training with Kim for a while now and honestly, it’s been such a great experience. Kim and her team super motivating without ever being pushy, and they always know how to make workouts challenging but still fun. I’ve noticed real progress in my strength/fitness, and I actually look forward to our sessions (which I never thought I’d say about working out!). I joined Figurella in March and it’s been life changing - I lost 20 pounds and feel like I’m in the best shape of my life, especially after having 3 kids. The instructors are always friendly and motivating, and they know how to push you while making workouts enjoyable. The atmosphere here is incredible welcoming; I always feel supported by staff and other members. Highly recommend Figurella to anyone looking for an encouraging, effective fitness community.
I can’t say enough good things about Figurella Newton! From day one, the team made me feel welcome, supported, and motivated. The combination of personalized diet guidance and unique workouts has made a huge difference for me, not only in how I look, but in how I feel.
This is the first gym I actually look forward to going to and working out! The staff are so attentive and supportive. They are with me every step of the way. The atmosphere is quiet and the lighting is soft (not harsh. When sitting in the oxygen bubble it feels like I am in a spa. I can’t wait to go back!
