It was a beneficial workout that made me loose 2 pounds the same day. A 30min workout targeted my muscles. I don’t feel soar thanks to the oxygen chamber that was included in the session. It’s anti aging, helps the skin and I feel great after 1 sessions. Can’t wait for my next session! Maria was super kind and helpful!
