They were extremely helpful, gave me great advice, and helped me find a perfect fit, including heat moulding!
I literally only tried on my skates and stood on my wood floor, they were way too tight so I sent them back. They won't refund me and want to charge 50% restock which is $100!! They sent pics of the wheels having dirt on them that they can just wipe off- no scuffs. A $5 to 50% back restocking if they don't refund. Why not only a $5 restock fee- that is understandable. Don't buy from them- even if you return them they won't refund. I plan on telling reddit, tiktok etc.
