Rude man answering the phone that works there. Definitely won’t be going there!!!!
"Well, can't help you". That's what I was told repeatedly by the disinterested worker at the store. My Kuat rack was not working properly. I went to Fifty West for help. The guy came out to the car, took one look, and couldn't care less. No explanation, no examination, no help. "Well, can't help you". Even if he has no interest in helping another human being, you would think it's just good business to at least do the minimum. As a result, I went to Bishop's Cycling in Milford. I’m not one to leave reviews normally, but the customer service is horrible. I called to ask about renting a bike, and the employee told me I am “harassing” him because he told me they do not offer bike rentals even though it says they do on their website. Very weird and uncomfortable experience interacting with a business.
Stopped in to buy a part for my bike. I really wanted a new bike but the guy seemed really annoyed. I bought the part and felt like saying "Sorry I bothered you." I won't be back. Just too many great bike shops in the Cincinnati area.
