Reviews are quite subjective; however, I will say that my first time experience at Fifth Third Bank, in Jupiter, Florida was terrific! I met with Alina, who was more than capable, and eager to extend her assistance. The office took me for surprise, as it felt more like a contemporary coffee shop than a bank. Very nice vibe! Called to check on a check that was bounced back from a customer. Bank manager didn't want to look at what happened. Just told me to bring the check in as it was a mobile deposit. I explained that is hard can we see why it bounced back. He was not going to waist his time. So i explained I didn't like the rude way he was talking to me and that's not customer service. In my opinion, banking with Fifth Third Bank is dangerous for your money. I deposited a six figure check and was denied access to my funds for 10 days while the bank did who knows what with my money.

Fifth Third Avon branch gave me the best possible customer service today--first when I paid my card bill, and second when a personal banker, Katie Pettit, assisted me in converting my card points to cash. She phoned a national number and the customer service rep there offered to give me the cash value of past expired points. It took three transactions to accomplish that and Katie had to do a lot of writing, which she did as though it was her pleasure. I will never, ever go back to this Fifth Third Bank branch again (5351 S. Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822). On April 28, 2021 around 4:10 pm I went inside to deposit a check, but the young male teller had this attitude that I was bothering him even though I was the only client there. I am proud to say, Marty Wilkey has helped me manage 3 property loans. Each one went smoothly! When ever I have a financial decision, I can count on Marty’s help.
