same as other reviewers. Fifth Third took over processing of the lender I choose. There online system, customer support, account management is all really bad and poorly executed. I feel bad for the loan officer who has to represent this area and get these reviews because it's honestly not their fault. But for the lack of account tools once you close the loan, this is not a good mortgage company to go with.
Third fifth bank has non existent customer service. Meaning?? No one answers call, can never get thru , they don’t accept auto pay from your account from other institutions. You MUST have a checking account with them. I’ve had a car loan with them for six months. After unsuccessful tries to speak with a representative to open a lock acct, I refinanced with a credit union that gave me a 1.99 interest rate verses 3/5th 4.75.
