I’m closing all of my accounts tomorrow and taking ALL of my money to Chase where I have my other accounts. The staff at Fifth Third never want to help they just tell you to come back tomorrow knowing that they are off so that it’s some else’s problem.
I recently opened an account there ..I deposit money, from my account, to 5/3.. they take the money out of one account and take more than a week to deposit it in Fifth Third. Also, their app is the worst. They don’t even show running balances… I will be closing my accounts.
