I been banking with fiththird since Dec of 2019!! I've never had any issues with them at all until here recently (today) I went in to discuss why my account was in the negative. I had just deposited a check last week. Come to find out(Saturday) the check was sent back to the bank saying it was no good. However the check cleared in my account so therefore I used the money. Who wouldn't?? Now since the check came back and was not good they claim that I have to repay the money that I used from the check that I deposited!!! SMH.... read more
The most unfriendly staff lol I was like okay maybe it’s just him.. nope it was multiple and the girl at the front. I just went to get a card change and that’s it. Won’t be returning to the Smyrna location. Yikes
