I had a great experience at this Fifth Third Bank branch. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. Myrna, in particular, was very helpful—she took the time to assist me thoroughly and made sure everything was in order. Despite the negative reviews here, my visit was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I wanted to share this to highlight the quality service I received. Great job to the whole team, and thank you again, Myrna!
Great bank, idk what drugs everyone else on this review page is talking about.. Michelle is the best teller in the world.. always goes above and beyond.. and myrna is helpful and friendly too . Just a bunch of haters out there .
Mirna it’s the best costumer service ever
You know it’s bad no customer focus at all when you call them and there is not even a Voice mail message that can be left. Just tells you to keep calling in hopes of someone answering. I called 18 times so far and nobody has picked up the phone.
The worst bank, after spending 1 hour of waiting, no one took care of us. So I agree with everyone here
