I am a businessman and I went to the fifth third branch Needed 300 in 10's and a 100 in 1's And the gentleman behind the counter said. I'm sorry I don't have any ones. And the person who does is at lunch. And we'll be back for 20 minutes. I find it hard to believe that They would leave the gentleman with no ones. I could not even get 50 from this gentleman. This is unsat for a bank not to have money for their customers when they show up.
They never pick up the phone
We have been with 5/3 for as long as I remember. I recently lost my husband of 42 years. He manage most of our finances. I was completely lost. I called almost daily for a week. I spoke with at least two separate persons as well as them consulting the manager when needed. I was treated with respect, understanding and gentle kindness. They went above and beyond on every level. I cannot image ever banking elsewhere. With my deepest gratitude, thank you Maddie & Ally
