Great customer service, supportive staff. I have been a client there since 2009.
I just came from this location to ask an investment question. One of the bankers was assisting a couple at her desk. She saw me come in, but then looked away. Another banker was in his office on his cell phone. He looked at me through the window, got up, came out, and exited through a side door. The tellers had no customers, yet no one felt the need to at least acknowledge my presence or let me know someone would be with me shortly. This location is so rude and unprofessional especially the front desk staff! I NEVER go here because always have a bad experience but was in a hurry and regret it. Horrible.
Terrible customer service I went in to purchase a money order & used my debit card for access to my account still was asked for my ID! What’s the purpose of the ID machine just felt profiled my kind!! Terrible
